Here are some questions people have asked us :

Do I get to see what my product looks like before I receive it ?

Yes. We will send you a digital proof (a mock-up) by email once you have purchased your order. You may make as many changes as you like. Once you are happy with it we will start production. Please check your spam folder if you have placed an order and haven’t received any email from us.

Will my order look exactly like my digital proof ?

Yes, although not to scale. This means the size on your screen will not be representative of the size of your product.

Please be aware that colors on the digital proof may also vary slightly due to screen color variation.

How long does it usually take for my package to arrive ?

After your digital proof is confirmed, you will receive your order within three weeks (15 business days). Express production and shipping rates are available where indicated on our website.

How do I track my package ? Am I informed once it leaves the factory ?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number from Fedex or UPS with an estimated delivery time. We usually send out the tracking number 3 to 6 days before you receive your package.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, but different shipping rates may apply.

Please note, we are not responsible for any international custom fees. These are not included in the final price on the website and have to be paid to the transporter once your order arrives in your country.

Is it possible to order a physical sample ?

Yes. The price varies, but it is usually around 50-70 usd. We also have random samples (already made) we can send you for 25 usd (shipping fee).
